Bandit Brothers Ride Again

Matt and I went out to Fodraks last night for the local BMW chapter meet up. We have not riden together since the Indy trip so itnwas fun to get out for a quick blast.  The BMW  guys meet up every Monday night at a different hot dog place.  It's kind of a cool fattening idea.

After the event was over, we realized d that we will not be Chapter members anytime soon.  Main reason is that we don't own a BMW.  The other is that we are not 55.  For the most part, it was an older group.

Here are some pics.

The  above two pictures just say "hot!".  I love those Italian Bikes!

Not true, ownership of a BMW is not required.

C'mon! I'm older than almost half the group and I'm only 53!  Twofinger

Thanks for the pix and you are welcome to join us at any future hot dog night. Even if you are not a hot dog.  Razz  :pokestick:

Sorry I missed talking to you. I had to bug out because the alarm goes off way to early in the morning. Yawn

Hey Hank,

Please don't be offended. It was all in good fun.  You have to admit the group is a bit over there 30's.  Lol

I am confused about the membership. I may have to look into this more but you don't have to own a BMW?   Headscratch

All in all, I am glad to see a group doing a weekly thing.  A great way to meet new people, share stories and check out different hot dogs.   Smile

Hope to talk to yeah at another event.

No offense taken. I understand we are a, uh, mature group.  Wink

We talked about the ownership thing a couple years ago. If someone wants to buy a BMW, the best way to hook up with the local community is with the club. Or they might be between BMWs. Or they might ride something else but otherwise share values. So we eliminated that requirement. Most of us own BMWs but as you can see, we appreciate other bikes too. We even accept memberships from folks under 30.  Lol

Check out the calendar at http://crbmw.org/calendar.htm to see where else we'll be. See you 'round.
