for the people that find this silly turbo stuff interesting, here's my newest creation.  A 01 ZRX1200 with a T28 turbo off "some car", modified intercooler off a VW Passat, custom forged pistons, dyna2000 ignition, stage one valve springs, 6 speed tranny from a GPz and a lot of tender loving care from me

Will run 16psi on pump gas when I'm done and should be in the realms of 260hp.  Currently at 12psi and wheelies in all gears.....pretty much unridable in the lower gears due to its chest-bruising tendencies

Perfect!

Will be adding dual carbon fiber exhaust cans in the next week.  But here's some horrible pictures from my crappy camera

thanks!  I'm really happy with my progression on welding.  AL has been challenging to learn but its coming along.

I'm not proud of all the welds, but here's a couple up close pics of some of my prouder pieces

That's great, Bob.  Now about that swingarm ... It seems a bit on the short side for that amount of HP?

Should be around 150 ft/lb's, peaking around 6500 RPM's.  Starts boosting around 2500 RPM's and hits full boost around 5300 RPM'sl

I've been ignoring my ZRX while trying to get this one up and running....Still in the middle  of converting it to EFI

I'm also curious about this one:

06 DRZ400-SM - turbo'd

Are there details bout it somewhere?

That sounds basically suicidal.

Uncle Bob, when are you going to get a rider mower and turbo that?  Bikes are just, so, pedestrian!
