I should add that one of our cats likes to go out on the deck and sometimes roll around in the grass and lay on the cool concrete blocks that make up the grill's patio:

http://i23.photobucket.com/albums/b399/Marcster2005/Cat%20Pictures/cello1.jpg

He is the only one of our crew that didn't instantly freak out when putting the harness on him and taking him outside.

He'll actually cry at the sliding glass door if I don't take him out with me when I eat lunch on the deck in the Spring/Summer.  I wouldn't call it a "walk", more like safety-tethered exploring...

Chloe likes to go outside too. She doesn't like the feel of grass, I guess (Headscratch) so she just rolls around on the porch.

Whenever I took my dog for a walk, my cat would meow to be allowed to go with. So he'd follow along (unleashed), a few feet behind us, the entire way. And he meow'd loudly every 30 seconds or so... I'm not sure if he was complaining, or reminding us that he was there.  Lol

Gosh I miss those two.

hehe, there's a lady in the neighborhood with a cat like that, named "Baxter." it's so funny, him trailing behind by 10 or 15 feet, checking everything out, otherwise holding them up, and her repeatedly calling out, "Baxter! C'mon Baxter!" i think it's pretty cute. Smile

Love the Siamese cats faces... Not sure I'd want one myself ('cause they talk all the time).

My guess would be Siamese mix. Those definitely look like Siamese ears, but the coloring is a little off.

Nice edit. Razz

Steffrrr -- no edit.

There are a few colorations within the breed.

That particular cat is a Lilac Point Siamese:
