I tried to check this on the bandit board, but it seems to be down.
I found a used Yoshimura Titanium TRS bolt-on for 01-02 GSXR 1000.
I checked the Yoshimura site, and found only slip ons for my bike.
Anybody know if this will fit my 2001 gsf 12000?

I very seriously doubt it. The Bandit is an air/oil cooled derivative of the old GSXR1100 and the GSXR1000 is  a water cooled engine. Not to mention that the dimensions of the engines/bikes is not even close. You'd be better off getting a Holeshot or Hindle system.
