Like the title said, I'm bored to death at Yuma.
I've got a day off. Any suggestions?
Thanks!

Go to prison, no really, the tour of the old prison is quite interesting. I don't know if they have it in the billion degree summer though.

driving out toward Glamis and the sand dunes is nice too.

or go to Mexico!

Whew, not a lot of interesting options for a day ride, but try riding to Brawley(I-8 to 111 then west on 86S), then SR 78 through Julian to Escondido and loop back though Lakeside (SR67) to I-8 and back to Yuma.

Lol. Are you riding or driving? It's gotta be god-aweful hot there now. I've only been there in the winter.

Other ideas not mentioned already.
* Go to the Bard museum. Get a date shake or three on the way.
* Kofa NWR (maybe too hot...)
* Go up to the river and hang out.
* Go to Algodones again...  Razz The tacos from the stand on the main street corner outside the market block are  Drool

Good point.  Skip San Diego- it'll only make you feel worse in the long run, because after Yuma, you still have to go back to Jersey City!

But it's nice, two days of work and I'm ready to just hang out by the pool and work on my tan!
As suppose to fly home tomarrow but who the hell in their right mind flies on Friday the 13th!

I think I'd rather be part of a large lawn dart into the earth than be hanging out in Yuma in July.
