I confess, I have become an old man!

How else can you explain me swapping my K1200S for a R1200R?! Pictures will follow after I have picked it up on Tuesday.

Funny, but I'm contemplating trading in my SprintST for a R1200R. Is this an old man's bike?  I'm only 42, and still would like to chase young ladies.

Hey, the R12R is a kick in the pants (for an ole guy, that is).   Bigsmile

Honestly, I've been contemplated that switch, too. But,  I'd miss the K12S Buzz too much.

I'll end up there some day - just not today.  Wink

Enjoy that, oh soo sweet, bike - she's most capable.   Bigok

Come now, the man finally buys a true Beemer, a boxer, and he gets pelted with raw asides about loss of bladder control, ED, and other such ills.

He should be saluted for returning to the classic fold of BMW engines.   Bigsmile

Actually I think you'll find that we call them hexheads, so as to separate the 1200 generation from the 1150 and earlier  Twofinger
