VERY cool.  I just saw that headlight in a Thumpertalk thread last night.  I liked it then, but it really looks good on your bike.  Nice work!   Thumbsup

So, looks like the Yosh pipe right?  Have you done the FCR too?  I like the blinker relocation and you've set up the rear well too.  The anodized hubs set it off well.  Talons?  Cool

Yosh RS3. It's an E model so it came with the FCR.  RAD hubs.

Very nice!
I picked up a 2005 drz400sm this year.

It needs a bigger tank, bigger motor and softer seat.
I need the roads in my city repaved to look like a go kart track.

Mines bone stock so far, I hear good things about rejet kits and opening up the airbox.

The Renzaco looks a little wider than stock.  How is it for riding road?

Did you try the SDG saddle, too?

ADDED: Is that the Suzuki rear rack or aftermarket?

Thanks JoBu.

The seat is great. I've done a couple 200 -300 mile jaunts on it now and no soreness at all! It's wide towards the back but still narrow up front so the handling isn't affected. The only other seat I tried for it was the Suzuki gel seat and that sucked beyond description!

That rack is aftermarket. Got it on E Bay, can't remember the vendor though.

Here is a similar rack on eBay:  DRZ400s/SM rack

The rack on Albie's bike looks beefier.

Same vendor makes a slightly different model for the DRZ400E due to the different subframe on the "E" model.

sorry but I gotta hate on the headlights, those are the ugliest things a 13 year old B-movie horror flick fan could think up after drinking an entire 24pack of mountain dew.
