My hubby bought me a Virago and I haven't taken a wrench to it yet.
But now that this new bike and I are getting more comfy with each other
I have some definite things that are history.
Like that freakin' seat.  I hate that seat. Crazy
My last bike was a custom made hardtail and when I sat on her, I sat in her.
And we were a unit...the two of us made one. Banana  Chili
This bike here is like riding on top of one of those quarter rides for the kiddies
in front of Walmart.  It just ain't comfy. firedevil
So tomarrow come hell or high water that seat is a gonner.
But...........I don't have another seat to put on her. And I am not raping
my other bike for this ones parts. Nope, no way.
I'm thinkin of a pillow bungeed on there for a test ride to see how cushy
I want the next seat to be.  Bigsmile
We have foam and a big box full of pieces of black leather that would be
more than enough to cover a seat.   And there is an old, old nothing but metal
bicycle seat that is propped out in the middle of one of our flower gardens.
And somewhere I KNOW that I have a pair of those little spring thingies that
go under the back of the seat.
My hubby is thinkin' that I'm gonna turn this one into a rat bike like
my other one, but he won't come out and say it.  The last thing I want
to do is make this bike look like a rat.  But hey, a girls gotta be comfy. Inlove
Anyway, this is what is at the top of the list for tomarrow for me...after the
dishes and the vacuuming (gotta be a good housemouse too)
  HERE IS THE QUESTION..... Headscratch....
Where are the bolts that hook the front of the seat to the frame?
I already have the back of the seat was hooked but don't want to reef on it
too hard and tear something up.
Sure could use the help, because I can't see anyway that little bugger
is hooked on there..
I DID take the left mirror off. It was driving me crazy by being in the way of
the scenery.  And I need to find a nice little round one for the rt. side. Bigok
