Fredericksburg Area Ride Tomorrow

I am posting this is several places, with the hopes of maybe drumming up a rider or two.

This is not an organized ride, nor is it being sponsored.  At present, there is no agenda, nor a definite destination.  Sound pretty interesting so far?  Read on.

I have the need, “the need for speed” (Top Gun), and I am going to attempt to fulfill my need, either alone, or amongst old, and possibly new friends.  Actually, “speed” is just a word in a quote.  I plan on the ride being casual, and safe.

Anyhoooo, I will be at the park n ride at the Falmouth exit at 10:00 AM sharp tomorrow morning, Sat, Dec 16th.  For those unfamiliar, take the Falmouth exit (it’s north of Fredericksburg, I believe Exit 133 (or there abouts), and head west.  The park n ride is about a quarter to half a mile on the left.

At present, I would like to leave at about 10:30-10:30, but that is not definite.  I will wait a reasonable amount of time.  Right now, I am the only one going, and I plan on riding to Charlottesville for a bite to eat.  If one other rider shows up, then the possibilities of what to do expand.  If three show up, there will really be something.  And if four or more show, the possibilities become infinite.

My cell is 540-907-8811.  Please do NOT call before 8:00 AM.  The phone will be off 9:00-10:00 while I make my way to the park n ride.

No need for RSVP…just show up, ride, and enjoy.

If the weather, which is suppose to be alright turns south, don’t count on seeing me!

Well, for those of you who did not show (I rode alone), it was a 300 + mile day.  Not very eventful, but enjoyable none-the-less.  Pics of proof later.
