How does the "quick reply" function at the end of every thread work? Try as I may, I can't seem to get it to work...

Click on the rightmost "paper" icon at the bottom of the post, next to the " mark one.
Then you can type a quick reply in the window at the bottom of the page.

More than a few boards don't require you to click a button to activate Quick Reply. It's always "live". I'd like to see that happen here if possible.
