My brother is on a road trip w.a borrowed Rider. He's having trouble powering it I guess and called TT support, whos rep told him 'you can't charge it and use it at the same time'  Headscratch Eh?

Is that really the case? Seems pretty asinine if so.

If he has it in the car or the motorcycle (powered) kits, it charges while it is on...  Other than that via an inverter, etc...it does not seem to charge.
