Even if they're the worthless peices of S**t that come stock on most sport bikes. Honestly, what's the point of requiring mirrors if you don't also require that the rider can see more than his forearms.
Can you imagine a means of the state checking to see what can be seen in your mirrors? I can just picture this gorilla bodied WSP officer sitting on your bike and writing you a ticket because all he can see is pale blue and bowtie.
