What are you going to put on it? I have an '00 and I went with .46's and a PDS-3. I'm the same wieght as you and they seem to work well. I also got the forks revalved by Enduro Engineering.

Stock the bike came with

.40 kg/mm fork springs
and PDS6 shock spring

Per MX-tech

you should be using

.46 kg/mm fork springs
and PDS7 shock spring

Or if you want to go to a straight rate shock spring
an 8.4kg/mm shock spring.
