I am flying to London this sunday! Spending a day in Long, then heading north to Scotland for a week, then back to a small town in S. England. What kind of weather can I be expecting?  Temperature wise whats normal for this time of year?

thanks

Normal?  Lol

There's an expression: if you don't like the weather, wait five minutes. Count on rain and it's been much cooler than usual. A long-sleeved wool shirt is plenty. Bring an umbrella. But, when the sun does come out, you need shorts and a t-shirt. Bring the lot!

The south is warmer than the north. Maybe a light jacket for Scotland.

And wear the lot at the same time... The weather will fluctuate between all extremes within the space of around 2 hours  Rolleyes

When in Scotland, if you can't see the mountains, it's raining.  If you can, then it's about to rain.

Don't forget to tell the locals that you think Scotland is the most beautiful part of England, they'll really appreciate it.

It's not the destination, it's the journey.  Which is good, because my navigation sucks.
All roads lead to Ausfahrt.
