OK I was getting ready to ask you where you got it.  I think I know what you're talking about.  I use that on my horse when he get anrasions on his legs.  Never thought about it on grips though, I wonder if it would get sticky after a while?

My brother has used it on bicycles and even an axe handle before without it getting sticky.  Eventually it starts looking bad and you have to re-do it, but this interval is much lengthened by getting one of the dark colors (ideally black).  

I gave him a few rolls when he had toenail surgery (it's what the podiatrist used) and he sort of went crazy with it.  Lol
