Wow Honda is pulling out all the stops. They can't even come up with new colors for the Intercepter. This is the main reason why I don't have a Honda anymore. Keep up with the times Honda! Kawi, Triumphs, etc are pushing forward. I guess there sale with the CBR line and Goldwing line are good enough for them. VFR 6 years and running witht the same style and color choice, just sad:(

Maybe Honda is taking a cue from HD and seeing if image, nostalgia and outdated tech resonate with buyers for the next 50 or so years.

Now why would they do that when they have the bandit 1250?

Yeah, but come on, wouldn't a 1000cc twin in the guise of a sport tourer be nice???

not to divert a Honda thread, but I think this is the SV 1000's last year. maybe, I read in one of the english cycle mags it didn't meet Euro 3 standards . . . if true, maybe they'll do the opposite of usual, offer a bike in U.S. and not Euro.

Though Suzuki doesn't call it a "Sport Tourer", the V-Strom does the sport touring thing very well.
