Mike's first attempt to jump the helicopter was a failure, and his second try became forever know as the infamous "duct tape and pain" incident.

So... does anyone else here think it'd be HUGE fun to be the monkey?

Jeff
I was at Ballaugh Bridge for the sidecar race at the 2002 TT
One hack took the leap and the monkey lost his grip
...went rolling about 100' down the track.
His partners stops...the Marshals dust off the monkey...medic checks him out to make sure nothing is missing.
After about 5 minutes, he remounts and they head off down the road
those monkeys are hard men/women

Every time I start bitching about traction control, I think of this pic of Gardner...and reconsider my opinions.

If I recall correctly, Rea is a former motocrosser, yes?
This is an insane photo.
