I dont believe this guys posts here so I copied his post from TRAT as info.
I do not have the mushy front brake experienced by some but this sounds promising. This guy has taken Triumph to task every way he can to resolve this issue and sounds like they may have finally came around.

Good news for all Speed Triple 1050 owners.

Just had a chat with Charles Smart who is the Head of Customer Services at Triumph in the UK.

All dealers world wide have been told that any owner of a Speed Triple 1050 pre VIN 253302 who is experiencing problems with their front brakes will have their front brake calliper pistons replaced free of charge.

So get in touch with your dealer and get the work done for free and don't take any sh*t. The dealers have been half the problem with getting this sorted.

I just talked with my service guy today as well, and he mentioned that fix.  He also told me that Triumph is going to be issuing a bulletin about the master cylinders on Sprints.

Good news and about time.

I checked Triumph'sweb page today, but there was no update yet.

The S3 fix involves replacing the pistons that came on the bike with teflon-coated pistons.
