Where I live you either love the desert or you hate it.
Is this even dual sporting?
There are so many fires and the smoke gives a strange purple hue.
You stay here and I'll head them off at the neck of the canyon...
Late afternoon sun gives us some long shadows.
Yes, now that you mention it, I guess we could use some rain.
This is one of the first Hydro plants in Idaho and today's destination.

Visiblity today is reduced today to 270 miles due to a mild haze...
Hey, what kind of helmet is that and how do you like it? I've been using my Schuberth for the dual sport rides and it's fine, but I really would like a visor.
And is your ride dual sporting? Oh yeah, baby.

It's a One Industries. I think they are made in China but it's OK, seems pretty comfortable and I'm happy with it. I think it was about $160. If your head fits the Scorpions I would check those out too.
I tell you though even though I don't want to pay the price I think next year I am going to get an Arai Dual Sport helmet. They probably have a specific model name but they are made for DS riders. The reason is because at highway speeds in a headwind the air gets stuck under those visors and can almost tear your head off at times.

Just picked up a One Industries helmet Saturday stress cracked my HJC on a high side.
The dealer talked like they pretty good helmets and a little lighter in weight than the HJC.
By the way great pictures glad you having a good time with that husky.

It is on a 650. If your board, twist the handle on the right, and the "telephone poles start looking like a picket fence".

Sorry for the delayed response. I haven't been in this part of the forum for a while...
Great stuff!
This might as well be Mars. I must ride here. Very cool pics as usual.
