I'm pretty sure that every Bueller I ride with has adapted their bike. I can't think of one who hasn't except for when they have come straight from the shop.
Here are a couple of interesting examples that I have good photos of. I don't have a photobucket to send them to, so you need to click to get the big picture.
The Blue M2 is exactly how I would want my bike to look if I'd been into Buells in the tuber days. The purists might complain.
The little yellow is a perfect blend of over and under statement. The mirrors are brilliant. Rock solid; you can see the highway patrol before they leave the depot.
If you have any neat looking Buells maybe you'd like to show us. You could add them to this thread.
