Any pictures from Las Vegas yet?

  Impatiently waiting for news of the new Kawis. Is the 650r going to be green? Are they updating the Ninja 250? How about the ex500? Is there a Versys 1000 in the works? Has anyone been to the Las Vegas show with a camera?

Ninja 250 update.  I think it is indeed coming to the states.  Available in Blue, Green, Black, and Red.  Waiting for the next announcement...

The green is sweet , though I need to see the blue . If it's setup the way they are posting, It'll rival the ex500 in power. Add that to the great mpg... decisions... decisions...

Yeah I was thinking blue or black.  If it's the same Candy Plasma blue that's on the 2007 ZX-14 and the ZX-10 and the 650R, it'll be sweet.  I think the black is the same black that's on my '06 ZX-14, which is also a sweet color.  Didn't like the '07 14 black as it has silver metallic flake in it and mine is just glossy black.

So you think it will have more power than the ex500?  Might that mean an update for the venerable ex500 might be in the cards as well?  A sleeved down 650R engine maybe?  Kawasaki is certainly doing a LOT of good stuff these days.  ZX-14, Concours 14, Nina 650R, new EX250, Versys, revamped ZX-10R...what else do they have up their sleeves I wonder...

I'm hoping for the revamped and updated Ex500. I have a soft spot for mine and for it to get the same style of make over  

I was reading the 2008 250 thread and it was mentioned that the 250's up 1cc and the hp has also been increased. As for the color, black like the 06 zx-14 would be in the running. Waiting for Kawi to update the page.

Looks like Kawasaki has updated their site with all the new model info as well. Looks like some nice color choices for the 250R, 650R and the ZZR600. I'm not sure I feel about the white Z1000 though.

I see what you mean about the white. Not for me. The Ex500 goes unchanged though I do like the black. I think there will be a problem when I goto the dealer though. That green 650r/250r along with the blue 250r may cause me to do bad things (for my check book that is)
