Lol! Thankyou for that, Nitro. Great story and pics. Just to let you know, the "Camel" is on my front runner list for my next bike. Won't buy one without a proper test drive. But it's either that or a KLR. I would just prefer the smoothness over the vibration of the KLR. But, I think I know what you are talking about with the wind vortex. That was one of the things that steered me away from the Tiger I was about to buy in 06. It was unbearable at 100kph. But, I believe there are fixes for that. And after a retiree pulled over by  Colleen and I when we were on the Banff run, I kinda got sold on it again. He was comin down from Alaska, had the "It That Shall Not Be Named" with engine guards, rock plate and other duelly stuff, and was loving it. Don't hate me.

haaa..go for it!  If I didnt have other bikes I like better, it was ok!  the shield thing really is a %^&^%& tho if you come from a bike that  makes clean airflow....no excuse for it!!I also  found it brutally uncomfortable, but we  all know thats diff for everyone...

and  I LIKE the owners, I just hated the bike!!  Smile
