I have heard that they don't currently have a North American distributor. So I would guess whatever stock that is there is there.

I tried on all the sizes of Justissimo they had at the store, at the Gap, last fall and my head is too long to fit.  I'm waiting for the new Scorpion EXO-1000 with the built in sun visor.  The EXO-700 large fits like a glove and I can get the EXO-1000 at my local dealer (sometime in Jan).  Of course, it's not a flip-up, but I can deal with it.

I love my Caberg but its a shame that it only as a year warranty. I hear complaints about the chin problem and wonder if they got the helmet on right. There is a lip but it goes under your chin and yes my chin touches but above the lip to if my helmet moves while riding, I can adjust it by using my chin and pull it down.
