New to me and in a new building... the guy-- Craig Kissell-- has actually been in business for some time, not just sure how long. I'm posting this after happening into his shop looking for directions around a bit of construction in State College.

The place is BIG. Lines carried are Kaw, Duc, Triumph, Piaggio, Scorpion helmets and more... with a spacious shop area. He had a C14 on the floor as well as as a three-wheeled Piaggio, neither of which I'd seen in the flesh. He hopes to pick up BMW soon.... has a used naked K12 on the floor for sale.

The shop is right on PA 26 at 1445 W. College Ave., sort of on the south side of town.  (814) 861 7890, or e-mail him at craig at kissellmotorsports dot com.

I've no relation to the shop other than being impressed by the commitment to the industry apparent in his investment and wanting to pass on the info.

Craig has been in business since 2002 I believe.  I bought the first new bike, a Kawasaki Concours he sold (he did sell a couple used bikes before that one).  I later bought an 02 Sprint ST and an 04 Sprint RS there too.  Craig will deal with you and he has demo bikes for you to try.  Tim, his lead shop guy is top notch.  If I were to buy another Triumph, I would get it there even though I now live in SC, and if I wasn't looking specifically for an FJR which they don't sell, I probably would would be riding a bike bought at Kissell's.  Cody, Craig's son and Craig are both great to work with.

Kissell Motorsports has been around for a while. Didn't know they moved to a new building. They are/were strong supporters of the Triumph RAT Raids in St Marys (2003-2005) by providing lunch for many dozens of riders at the shop as well as swag for the prize table. They sponsor a track day each year at BeaveRun. Good shop from what I can tell.
