Maybe not if you're going across the country, but my wife and I have done several 200+ mile days. I have a Corbin saddle with a backrest we use those days. Works out just fine.

My wife does very little riding with and she really did not like pillion on the ST3.  Her back is trashed.  The only ride for her is a Wing.  Saving that for retirement.

Maybe something like a FJR or ST?

Yeah, I may have to go that route, unless she gets her own ride. The ST3 is really growing on me, though......

Now you're on to something here.  Someone must have mentioned the MS.  That top case looks great (or maybe it's just the passenger Bigsmile) with the MS and the ergos would be perfect.  All Duc and save your back.

My wife loves the ST4s .......as a passenger .....with or without the topcase.  Thumbsup

Now mind you she knows the difference having ridden with me on Goldwings, Valkyries
ST1100, BMWK1200 as well as GSXR's VFR's and cruisers as well.

The ST4s is her all-time favorite.  Bigok
