I have been wanting to do this rally ever since George came up with it but have yet to get there. I have ridden with George in 2 Cal 24s and he's a great LD rider. I have no doubt that his rally is something else.

I rode '04 & '05 I was on an FJR in '04 and a VFR in '05, had no plans for '06 but did want to ride ;07 but do to other commitments couldn't

I met GZ in May of 2006 when he was one of the witnesses for our 100CCC ride from San Diego to Jacksonville and back. He and Chuck Hickey showed up on their matching blue FJRs, then proceeded to give Curt and I shit for riding matching blue ST1300s.
I'd really like to ride in George's rally, just looking to have the calendar line up right. So far not looking too good, but hopefully I can squeeze one in soon.

I'll have a rally report posted shortly (next day or two).
I ended up DNF'ing. Felt like my last two rallies had been planned too conservatively, ending up being a bit too aggressive this time around.
