Bought Trish a pair of "Icon Barrier Jeans" and tried them out on an evening coffee ride. Temps were around 1-3 C ( mid 30's F ) and they passed her evaluation with flying colours. She was wearing a fleece sweater, electric jacket liner and medium wieght Bristol leather jacket. ( speeds up to around 100kmh, first encounter as we left the city was a deer crossing in front of us -- THAT is a speed limiting device at night)
It's always been easy keeping her torso, hands and feet warm. Her butt and legs have been a factor in deciding late autumn rides. It looks like these " Barrier Jeans " may have solved this problem.
Bring on the damn cold --- we're riding til the snow starts piling up now.
