How's the riding and temps in the lower part of Alabama in Novemeber/December?

Thinking about seeking out some new roads this winter.

Thanks

Well I live in N. Alabama and I ride 12 months out of the year.  Ok, so some months I ride more than others.

I was at Fort Rucker for a while.  I rode all year long with no heated gear, grips, etc.  It gets cool, but not downright miserable cold.  No ice or snow when I was there.
LA is one notch above flat.  Far from the worst riding I've ever been around, but N. AL is much, much better.

Stay West of Mobile.  The West side is better than the East side but yeah it aint exactly the Dragon.

Hey Swampy.  I live in Montgomery and while it does get downright cold during Jan/Feb, for the most part you can ride year-around down here.  Even during the midst of winter's icy grip, our nighttime lows can dip into the 20's/30's, but daytime highs will bounce back to the 50's/60's.  Of course, I'm sure you've heard the old saying, "Don't like the weather?  Hang around an hour, it'll change.  Cool
