So I'm hungry and I'm thinking "What's for dinner?" SO I went to the store and bought this stuff

http://i95.photobucket.com/albums/l131/FJR1300_2005/Food/0711090007.jpg

One Tip roast, one sweet onion, 1.5lbs of baby carrots, golden & red baby potatoes and some bread. I also got some A&W root beer and bryers vanilla ice cream for dessert.

Take said ingreidents, less the root beer & Ice cream and put them in a cooking bag with 6 cups of Au Ju.

http://i95.photobucket.com/albums/l131/FJR1300_2005/Food/0711090008.jpg

Then put it in the oven for 3 hrs at 350 degrees.

http://i95.photobucket.com/albums/l131/FJR1300_2005/Food/0711090010.jpg

Now THAT'S what's for dinner. YUM!!! Drool

Yummy!  Gotta love the New England boiled dinner.  Nate and I had a similar dinner last night - beef stew.

BTW what's Au Ju? and what spices in what amounts did you use?

Can I use Hefty or Glad trash bags for cooking? Lol

I used McKormic(sp) Itilian spices and some salt & pepper. Season to your taste. The Au Jus is gravy mix, Laureys. It's not the thick gravy.

If the Glad or Hefty bags don't melt go for it.  Lol
