So I'm hungry and I'm thinking "What's for dinner?" SO I went to the store and bought this stuff
One Tip roast, one sweet onion, 1.5lbs of baby carrots, golden & red baby potatoes and some bread. I also got some A&W root beer and bryers vanilla ice cream for dessert.
Take said ingreidents, less the root beer & Ice cream and put them in a cooking bag with 6 cups of Au Ju.
Then put it in the oven for 3 hrs at 350 degrees.
Now THAT'S what's for dinner. YUM!!!

Nothing like showing how dirty the oven truly is.
I'm thinking dinner is sometime after 6:30 since I probably won't be home til then.

Did someone get a new camera or something?
Lots of people know where you live. Too bad you didn't give us an hour's notice. Some people could prob make the Root Beer float desert time though.

Yummy! Gotta love the New England boiled dinner. Nate and I had a similar dinner last night - beef stew.

Oh Man! why did I have to look at this thread at 5:00! My wife doesn't even have dinner started and I'm starved!
BTW what's Au Ju? and what spices in what amounts did you use?
Can I use Hefty or Glad trash bags for cooking?

I used McKormic(sp) Itilian spices and some salt & pepper. Season to your taste. The Au Jus is gravy mix, Laureys. It's not the thick gravy.
If the Glad or Hefty bags don't melt go for it.
