Meshuggah is pretty good. If you like them you should also check out Devildriver, I'm liking their stuff alot lately.
Also you have to pay props to a band that had this sound down years ago. Starting to sound a bit dated but the influences are clear. Youtube doesn't have much. Lots of complex rythmns and odd time signatures. Sadly the band frontman, Chuck Shuldiner died a few years ago.
