It appears that Heritage BMW/Aprilia was dropped as an Aprilia dealer and that Mosites Motorsports has picked up the brand. Hopefully they do a good job with it. Aprilia makes some fine bikes and have some interesting stuff in the pipeline. I hope they take parts, service and customer service seriously. Time will tell...

I wonder if this is the dealer closest to me here in western New York State?

Anyone here have experience with this dealership?

I've bought some parts and gear there. Had them mount tires once. Seems like a typical dealership to me. You'll always find some people with horror stories about customer service. The (new) Aprilia sales guy, Mitch, worked at Heritage BMW/Aprilia before it went tits up (and Mosites picked up Aprilia), so he should know the line well. Seems like a good guy. He's the president of the local BMW owners group (Four Winds BMW).

When I was there a couple weekends ago, they had pretty much one of everything including a Shiver.

I didn't know Heritage went TU!  I spoke to them a couple of years ago when I was deciding between a K12 and FJR. Also had them get my Futura's ECU back on track. They were small and I think the owner had to do some building contracting side work to make ends meet.
