Sorry, man. After 20 years in retail/grocery stores in some capacity, I eagerly await January 2 or 3 when all this madness subsides.

Happy Thanksgiving to all....
One of the many things I am thankful for is the oppotunites this forum provides including the people I get to spend time with and the roads we share.
I am thankful that for the most part only rubber and petroleum products are gone since last Thanksgiving.

You can't fool me, I know it isn't the holidays until someone jumps off a bridge.
Oh, and everyone enjoy your turkey. Unless you are eatting soy turkey....I guess you can enjoy that too but it is just sad.

For t-day we made chicken soup and I had leftover pasta. The GF made a pecan pie and drank rum-laced eggnog. I drank plain eggnog since the rum would make the Zithromax not work so well and I'm sick of coughing. Burned an artificial log in the fireplace and watched the Simpsons movie and sang Spider Pig. All in all a fine Thanksgiving.

Family's so spread out now it's tough to celebrate. It's a day off from work, though - only phone call was from my wee bairn, and I didn't get a single bloody email on the Blackberry. Two wonderful things to be thankful for.
