New guy here.  Another later life new bike rider at 43 after 20 plus years away from the diddling around on dirt bikes as a kid.  Located out on the Kitsap Penninsula of Washington in the Great Northwet.

Picked up a new XT225 last summer and I'll be taking the riding test tomorrow.  I have a Zuma as well I've ridden for the last 2-3 years.  Ninety-one Suzuki Bandit 400 should show up next week, but it hasn't been ridden more than about 30 miles in the last three years so I plan on some work before I ride it (tires, valve adjust, carb-cleaning, etc).

Grunt level Engineer at Intel doing physical design for server-workstation chips to support the many hobbies.  Speaking of, they are hunting, fishing (especially big game fishing in Mexico when I get the chance), firearms collecting, kayaking (sea and WW), archery, off-roading (read constantly wrenching and upgrading a 99 Jeep Wrangler).

Upgrading and wrenching on the Jeep was what prompted me to get the XT225.  I'd spent so much time away from the woods and off-road, I couldn't stand it anymore and bought the bike so I could get on the trail again.  Of course this delays finishing the Jeep,...  Oh well.

Work schedule prevents taking the MSF until March, but I still need the license to run dirt roads on the XT225 hence taking the test tomorrow.
