Amex does this pretty regularly. My father almost got a Porsche for some absurd price last year. My understanding is that the odds aren't all that great since there are plenty of people that just want cheap stuff regardless of wether they have an interest in it or not, but I bet the motorcycles have a smaller pool of people signing up that the cars though, so its worth a shot.
