JUNE 16th thru the 23rd, 2007
This will be a combo Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine and Canada covered bridge tour. It will begin in Rutland, VT and end up somewhere in South Eastern, VT.
All people interested must notify me no later than February 1st, 2007.
All hotels will be booked by me and paid for by you.
This is not a drink fest, tits-a-palooza, or the destruction tour. We don't ride at night and we don't party to the wee hours of the morning. We create memories along the ride.
Typically we depart at 7:00am and head to the next hotel. Dump the luggage and tour all day. Back to the hotel, check in and dinner time. We will be staying at 4 or 5 different hotels during the week.
It's laid back, quiet, and memorable.
If interested please contact me at:

Hope to see some of you there.
Dave
Vermont has the greatest concentration of covered bridges in the United States - a total of 114 in this tiny state, many of which are still in use. 100 years ago there were over 600 covered bridges, but the flood of 1927 left only about 200. Nearly half of those have been lost to fire or development since, but the remaining are among the nation's finest.
"If it's lonely farm you're looking for, go to Iowa; if it's covered bridges you want, try Vermont."
