I recommended the motorcycle safety institute's MSF basic course to my cousin earlier this year. After signing up and paying for the course, Gary Karmazyn, the director of the MSI sent a letter claiming that he got screwed by the providers of the training site he uses for the course and was unable to provide the service that people had paid him for. All attempts to contact Karmazyn were ignored-- he hasn't responded to me nor any of the other people who have registered for the course. Even after he had sent out the letter he was taking new registrations for his course.

I'd like to know whether anyone had experience this guy before and whether they got their money back from Gary Karmazyn? Was anyone able to get in contact with this guy or know his whereabouts now? Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Any suggestions on how to go about getting a refund from this guy?
