Still a fair amount of work to do in it, in the mean time, before I got it running I picked up a 2006 DR650SE as well.

The power and acceleration of that lil' bandit is head and shoulders more than the DR -- wow what a difference.  I like it!

It is also safely secured on a Harbor Freight bike lift now, so no more tumbles should occur when working on it.  

My father is getting more and more interested in the bikes as well, he still has the Royal Enfield on his mind, but a Ural with sidecar and the extra drive wheel has caught his eye too.  

Looking forward to riding them all when I get home from two months working out of state.
