Sadly, I'm going to have to scrub the trip for this year.  It has been raining here non-stop and most of my trip would be in the wind & rain.  I'll ride in the rain when it happens, but it looks as though most of my weekend would be spent that way, which I just don't find all that much fun.  That and the fuel shortages here are just combining to make it a "no-go" this time.   Sad

Y'all have fun.  Hopefully someone can make use of my dinner.   Embarassment

I'm bumming.  We made the early part of our trip to OH and had a great time riding around for two days but when we saw the weather forecast for Marlinton we puseyied out and opted for fair weather.  For all you folks that hung in,,, giant kudos.  I'm sure the trip proved worthwhile.  Enjoy the weekend folks.

Yup Tom, Cole and I all joined Phil and his wife for a few days in Ohio. Riding the good stuff in Ohio didn't disappoint ....in fact impressed us with it's Roller Coaster, banked turns.

We did hit rain riding from OH to NY though....but not much.  We did our best to avoid the rain and ride hard. Almost made it  Lol

Where's next years ESTN ?  Bigok

Thanks for a great time all -- despite the weather.

Made it home safely after splitting off from Greg and Peter on I-81 as they aimed for more bad weather as they slabbed the last half of their trip home.

BTW, the sun came out for the first time this weekend just a few moments after we left Virginia....

Great Time!  It was nice seeing old friends and meeting new.

I have come to embrace riding in the rain.   Bigok

Garry, great job on ESTN this year, thanks!

I got home about an hour ago, but ran to the TV to watch the MotoGP race.  Nice sunny weather here in western PA, unlike the pissing rain Jesse and I rode through all morning. Had a great time. Ride report to follow. I hope everyone makes it home safe!

Doug, Garry - EXCELLENT job putting this together.

Attendees - EXCELLENT turnout.

Stef & Ray, Vince, Erik, James, Doug, Mike and about a few dozen others... thanks all. Had a great time riding on Saturday, then hanging out and causing trouble all evening Saturday.

I got home a couple hours ago after a slightly soggy ride. I stayed dry through the fun stuff so it worked out well.

Thanks Garry and Doug for the work you guys put in to this. It was a great weekend and now I have some more faces to put with names. The weather wasn't a problem. We'll all dry out eventually.

What a great three days of riding, despite the rain - kudos to Garry, the master navigator.

Like Doug said, it's great to be able to meet up with old friends and make new ones and cool to get to know the faces behind the names. Hope everyone makes it home safely.

Big thanks to Doug and Garry for putting it all together.

I just got home about an hour ago and boy that warm shawer felt GREAT Inlove

I had a great time at my first ESTN. Alot of nice guys and great roads that to me is what it is all about. I can't wait for next year I already am working on the wife for Dennys.

Peter, Dave and I headed out the long way home then caught up with 81 and slab it home and boy did it rain hard and it felt like forever. Thanks guys for making a great get together and I found out how nice it is to have proper gear and I left the squidly boot in the room and slapped on my new Alpine Stars Thumbsup
