and it's hideous.
The small, narrow headlight just doesn't work with the rest of the bike, which is very wide. The (fake) mufflers are awful. I see that aftermarket exhausts are already out there, but a new exhaust won't fix the front of the bike.
On top of it all, the seating position is surprisingly cramped. I'm 6' 3", with about a 33" inseam, and I really don't fit. My knees won't fit into the tank cutouts. Not at all what you'd expect from such massive motorcycle.
It's a neat concept, but I think it was botched.

Busa power in a naked package = mission accomplished

Yeah, but it really didnt HAVE to be so amazingly ugly. They could have just made it simple and made a naked Busa, but they didn't.

Yeah, Suzuki had one available for look/see down at VIR earlier this year. I sat on it, the ergo's were good but it looked worse than my Strom. It's like some giant grabbed a muscle bike in the middle and
squeezed

It's a Suzuki ... they had to keep the trademark ugly in the product or no one would buy one.
I still regret selling my '03 Busa, but maybe a B-King is in my future.

Looks like someone rode a magnet through a junkyard.

I saw one at a dealership on Sat. It's pretty big and bulbous looking. I was surprised how wide the bike is. Odd how this thing is more expensive than the Hayabusa. It was "interesting" visually, but can't say I liked it. I did dig the new Hayabusa though. If I wasn't sure I'd kill myself on one, I'd get a Busa.

I just can't see "B-King" without completing "home of the Whopper" in my head.
The new Honda CB1000R naked bike looks just as bad to me.

+1 - the comment about dragging a magnet through a junk yard is pretty close.
Vstrom riders are glad Suzuki made it - takes the "ugliest bike" award away from the 'Strom.

it is exactly as ugly as a bmw k1200r... only... faster, better built, much less expensive, and a wider base of support in the USA.

I sat on one at our local bike show, I can't see myself owning one. It does have the base of a nice ST machine with some added plastic though. Who knows.
They also had one with aftermarket two brothers pipes on it, and it was a huge improvement in the looks dept, but my honest opinion is that the machine looks dated already.

I too sat on one last week at the dealer. I thought it looked great, bit I too was amazed at the width of the "tank" business. Wow. It fell off my list of "cool bikes to own".
