Yeah, but the Concours had it's evolutionary beginning further back yet. It was a downstream model itself... (that simply hung on for dear life way past it's prime Bigsmile )
 
That's like saying my CBR1000RR was a descendent of the CB750K0. Sure, they all are in the way we're descended from pollywogs Lol
 
More than happy to post a non-Concours picture. My 3rd Kwak, the first two were dirtbikes.

Rode my connie last night.   I normally prefer a slimer, sexier, younger ride.  But nothing beats a more mature ride with a little more meat on her bones when it's a three dog night.  Bigok
