i like a clear visor with glasses under it.. although i have both in one.. the nolan n102 has a tinted halfshield, but durring the summer having the shield down can get prety warm behind the concous windshield.. so i do alot of riding with it open with tinted safty glasses..

Dark smoke on bright days, clear in low light conditions.
I have ridden all day with glasses behind the clear visor, nose hurt that night.

Dark tint for daytime, usually have a clear in the tank-bag just in case I need to switch. Sunglasses w/ helmet not
comfortable for me.

Definitely a clear visor... what makes my prescription Photochromic glasses work in conjunction with my
skid lid is a home made hanger fashioned out of safety wire... it not only holds the weight of the glasses
off my skin but also holds them in perfect alignment with my line of sight... trick no??? maybe I should
patent it and sell it???
It's an Optigrab for the moto crowd!

Clear.
I have a pair of Smith's Slider SL2 glasses with removeable lenses. I always carry 2 pair of lenses with me - dark polarized for daytime, and clear for night. Much easier than carrying two different visors with me

Clear.
Ironically, I feel more comfortable with my sunglasses and full face helmet with a clear shield. I also wear clear safety glasses after dark. I have tendency to ride with my shield up all the time so eye protection is a must! Besides, I can change my glasses on the fly without stopping. I do have a "Sundowner' Tinted Strip on the visor for those times when the sun is low on the horizon.

Umm. It depends.
I prefer a clear visor at night. I prefer a tinted visor during the day.
That pretty much sums it up for me.

I have a low pigment count in my eyes, so they're pretty sensitive to light.
It's a dark tinted shield for me. But, like some of the others who posted, I almost always carry a clear shield in the case I get caught out at dark.

I use a Schuberth C2 it has a clear visor and a built in tinted visor that drops down when needed.
