Did Honda put the same LBS system on the Blackbird and Interceptor?
Just curious as I know the bleeding sequence for the bird but I don't have any info on the VFR.
Thanks

You're going to need a shop manual.
Also, go to VFRdiscussion.com and see the technical how-to section for some good info.

Thanks traveler,
Found the info at VFRD and it looks to have the same sequence.

I've had success just starting with the front left, then right, then back.

I have found that the brake bleeding procedure for the 5th Gen VFR800 to be one of the most time consuming procedures I have ever encountered on any bike. It is the ONE thing about my VFR I wish I could eliminate.

I agree, it's the only reason I'm thankful for having skinny arms. It's usually a two beer, two skinned knuckle process to get to the rear.

I have to remove the rear wheel to get to the rear caliper. Then, I have to remove the caliper from the caliper bracket and hang it on the rotor. What a PITA!

I envy you guys who work on your own bikes. I used to like wrenching but years of doing it on aircraft drained me of any interest as well as not having a garage for the past 35 years. So I just throw money at a dealer's service dept.
