I'm sorry to bother every one but one of my good friends is having a small issue.
He just had his valves done no more than a year ago, and ever since he's been unable to start the bike with out using starting fluid.
I'm not familiar with this bike nor it's engine.
Is this a common issue? Any ideas what it could be?
Any one?
Could the tech have over tightend the valves?

Try here http://www.viragoownersclub.org/main.htm I used to have a 97 1100SP never had problems starting it.
