The sound and Radar alert system are all wireless to the Helmet which I like. But picking up the Sat. radio with the little FM receiver on my jacket is always being interfered with by local station. It is a pain to always hop frequencies. Is there a Blue tooth device out there that can plug into the audio out on the Sat. radio with a receiver that headphones could be plugged into? While I'm at it make it water proof with a volume control that can easily be operated with gloves.

Without being a smart-ass now;

It is a cool setup, I never thought about mounting the compressor in the flaring. But I’m wondering; Do you detach it to air-up or do you have an extension for the airhose that will reach the tires?

Ya, I have engineers disease which prevents proper grammar or spelling.
 
The braided black hose in the photo is the one that came with the pump. It has been extended with a piece of nylon tubing and a fitting to fit a Schrader valve. I stole this off a portable hand pump for Mt. Bike air shocks. In photo in my first post you can see the switch wired in right at the auxiliary power port. So every thing stays in place to air up a tire; I just clip the cable ties and the hose can reach either wheel.

Visible are the Sirius radio, Garmin 2610, radar detector and Chatterbox FRS X2.  Hidden are the radio shack engine noise filter and the homemade passive audio integrator that mixes the audio from the GPS, RD, and SAT into one stereo signal feeding into the Chatterbox.  Works very well, although I'm having trouble with the audio feed from the GPS right now.

I still think this should be a sticky  Here's mine.  My mounts aren't all fancyfied or anything but it was for the most part free.  I aquired the alum. diamond plate out of the scrap bin at work and had the stuff at home to cut it.  I then bent the Radar Detector mount (on the left) to hold the detector level with the ground and the one on the right for my GPS is bent to face me perfectly when sitting on the bike.
And last but not least I have the uber sweet timex wrist watch as a time piece strapped to the risers  its not on there in this pic but I usually also have a pen attached to the watch.   You neve know when a pen might come in handy. Oh and if you look down on the left fork tube you can see my trusty 89 cent tire gauge that has spent its whole life magnatized to the bike.

Still Camera Comes with me about everywhere (often in the helmet with the gloves)
GPS Left on the bike during the day though always coming in at night (in the helmet with the gloves)
Helmet camera Stays on the bike all day - only to come in at night (place into helmet with gloves). It will sometimes stay on the bike 24x7 but I rotate the mount down and "out of the way".
Video camera Stuffed (out of sight) into the top of a saddle bag *
XM Radio (sold - didn't use it enough) Tucked into a saddle bag or tank bag or jacket pocket

* Sometimes the video camera will come in at lunch/dinners simply to play back some of the recorded tape while eating.

With the "screw off" ram mounts the removal of the items is easy.
The gps and still camera go on the bike for almost every ride. The video setup - much less so.

It's funny how much stuff goes in my helmet when my head isn't in it..  Works well to carry my mail in from the mailbox too.

It's mounted specifically so that I can quicky take pictures while underway. It's on and ready the whole time (which is why I use external power for the camera - otherwise they chew through batteries). Somewhat for convenience, somewhat to capture those things that 1) wouldn't exist if I stopped to pull out a camera * or 2) are of interest enough for a photo but not enough to stop and pull out a camera.**

When I'm on a "vacation" type of trip - I average about 50 to 100 pictures per day (though not all 'make the cut' to the website). Many of them are while moving down the road with a minority being "stop, point bike in the desired direction, click, get rolling" or "stop, remove camera, get off bike, take pic, remount, ride". If it's a local "day ride" there are about 1/2 of that (I already may have photos of the area from prior trips).

To get some idea of the use - visit the website link (below) and jump through a few "motorcycle" entries. When I'm old and can't get out to ride I'm hoping to re-live the trips via the photos (which is why I take and post so many). Having them on a website makes for easy viewing for me - and everyone else!

* example - from the DD's 2007 STN calendar. Ken and I were rolling down the road and I realized that with the morning sun to my rear side a good photo could be "around the next corner". Eventually one was and I clicked the pic at 60 mph.

I'm almost finished my setup.   All I have to do is get a lipstick cam setup and MiniDV LANC Remote (I carved out a foam insert for the video camera inside my tank bag and am planning on buying the Xtreme Recall camera system mounted to various parts of the bike depending on the shot required).
