Take the Schwinn. Razz

Sadly, the Schwinn's power source seems to be too weak for trips further than my own neighborhood.  Shrug

I did fire up the MB-5 today and it's ready for action.....as long as the action doesn't exceed 57 mph.  Confused

Looks like the decision is made!

Decision made, myself and a friend (not two up) will be joining up with the northern group.  Looking forward to meeting up with a some of the persons I have undoubtedly waved to in passing over the past few years.  First time STN shindig for me.

A bunch of us wee and v-strom riders over at Stromtrooper.com are planning a ride in western MA/northwestern CT area for the 26th.  It looks like we're going to try to meet up with you folks in Great Barrington at the shopping plaza after lunch.

I'm really looking forward to it.

Sudzz, that's awesome.  The more the merrier.  When we started this ride we used to see a lot of VFR's.  Now I think the V-Strom is the new VFR.  Be great to see you folks there.  I saw your meeting spot listed as:

Quote
Details are:
Meet in Granby, Ct at the intersection of 20/202/189, there's a Starbucks right there on 189.

Leave promptly at 9AM

If it's okay...could we add that as a third morning meet spot?  It's close to Windsor, but some folks may find it easier to meet in Granby.  If you don't mind non-V-Strom riders in the mix.

I saw that Lee posted this on ADV Rider too.  Cool.  Great to see some newcomers joining us too.  We should have one of our biggest crowds ever...if the weather cooperates.

Hey Hulk...Everyone on two wheels is welcome to meet up in Granby with us Strommers.  We love to show off our bikes to those that haven't been assimiliated...yet!

This looks like it could turn into quite an event.  I'm praying for sun and 70 degrees!!! Cool

OH,,, is it the 26th,,, though it was the 2xth.

Well it is my plan - barring bad weather and clock malfunctions.  But then I am sort of a competitive kind of guy and all I see are a couple pussy Blackbird's showing up so I was thinking of sleeping in, strolling by Dunkin Donuts or Star Bucks for coffee and driving up to Great Barrington for lunch.  Otherwise you will have to watch the rear tire on my GS all the way up to GB.  But fear not,,, since you will behind Norm's Busa you probably won't see me anyway.
