hey all,

i stopped by a Honda dealer in Edmonton today to find out they are getting the XL1000VA Veradero.  I am PISSED!!! I have been eyeing the 1000 V-Strom and haven't taken the plunge because it isn't a Honda and it doesn't have ABS. This Veradero in Canada will have it!!!!

Anyone heard anything of this for us here in the USA? Better yet, anyone have a Marketing contact name at HONDA NORTH AMERICA to write?

If you want one now, now now, you can always import one into the US from Canuckastan. I imported a car from Canada into the US, and needed an inspection, paperwork, and had to pay 350 bucks or something like that. Of course rules may have changed since then, you know how the gubberment is. Or you could wait a year or two and see if US Honda brings it in. Here is a thread on the topic...
