Buell 1125

Went to the Buell dealer today and sat on and looked over a new 1125. Was told I could ride it on Saturday, which is good, because I will never buy I bike I don't ride first.
It's not exactly set up for ST riding, but the ergos are rather comfortable--about the same as my CBRXX. The bike is very light, which is a important consideration for little, old me. If the ride puts a major grin on my face, I might have to buy it. Will trade in (or sell) two bikes: 2000 Buell S3 and 2003 CBRXX, as the new Buell will potentially fulifill my reasons for possessing each of those bikes: great handling (S3) and comfortable speed (Bird).
Have any of you ridden one of these beasts? They do have an unusual appearance, but I like it. I also have great respect for Rotax engines; loved the Wood-Rotax flat-tracker 600's.

It's winter. I'm either skiing or brewing beer.

Well, it's not just the same old kawayamasuzonda... and that's a good thing. Obvoiusly you're a current Buell and Honda owner and you're still interested. I say go for it... who knows, it could be the new "cool". Pictures often don't do justice, probably looks awesome in person. I like that blue anodized (?) frame & swingarm.

That is the ugliest ,ix match of parts the should be embarrassed to put their name on it. X-ugly, fugly.

I like it.
I plan on considering this to replace my beloved Firebolt in a few years.

The good news is in a few years they will have finished adding parts so they all match from front to back. I too will be buying that engine, just not in that package.
