REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED

 When: May 18-20, 2007

 Where: Sparta, NC ( northwestern corner of NC, very near TN and VA)

HOW TO REGISTER:
1) ALL of the information in this post is very important to YOU.  Please read it ALL.
2) Send your PayPal to estn07@gmail.com .  Do NOT send email to that address.
3) AS PART OF YOUR PAYPAL TRANSFER, INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
                              A) Your SCREEN NAME
                              B) Your SIZE
                              C) Your preference of WHITE or BLACK
                              D) The number of shirts/dinners you are ordering.  Be specific!  (1 black xl, one white med, etc.)

4) If you choose to send a check or money order, PM MCH for an address.  Include the same information in Step 3 if you mail in your money.  
5) Make sure you have a room.  This registration gets you a shirt and dinner, not a room at the motel.
6) Be prepared to have fun!

Important: Be sure to enter the the promotional code ESTN07 to allow us to be counted so we can get some possible free room stays as door prizes and other things.

Rooms are $59.95 a night double, and $56.95 a night single.

T-shirt design is done, catering squared away, and now all we need to do is pay for it and wait.  One price, no matter what size you wear Youth Small UP TO XL, plus dinner, plus a ticket(s) for the door prize drawing is $25  (sorry, had to go up $1, bad math) per person.  This is the price for either a black or a white shirt.  Additional shirts are $11 each.  If you need a larger size than XL, add $1.25 per X.  If you would like a long sleeve T, a sweatshirt, or something else, please let me know and I will work it out case-by-case.  

You can PayPal the money to me at ESTN07@gmail.com (I made a PP account just for this) or PM MCH for his address address if you'd rather send a check. He is taking the checks while I am on my trip.  Please include your screenname, color of shirt, style of shirt, and your shirt size when registering, so I don't have to chase you down.
If you don't tell me all the info about your shirt, and you don't get back to me about it after I make multiple attempts to contact you and get your attention, I am just going to get you a white XL.  That way it will (hopefully) fit.  Don't know what else I am to do.

Willville in Meadows of Dan is just down the road.

There is a campground area closer than than Meadows of Dan.  It is on 21 heading north out of Sparta near the VA line.
