enjoy!

FYI Superbike magazine tested it this month and rated it as the worst bike you can buy.  Eh?

The report was pretty positive and about what you'd expect.  It appears the bike functions as it should, and delivers the goods as it should, although it has no outstanding features except the low maintance and that wonderful lump of an engine.  Not really my kind of bike as I prefer the standard Lightning Long and because I'm more of a sportbike freak.

The 1125's are over stocked in Denver. One dealer said they have more people ask about the upcoming XT than the 1125R

Interesting bike, if only in the sense that it could be a precursor for a 1125r-based ST.   Thumbsup  This bike is a ST right, no more "off road" pretensions? What was it that Eric Buell said about the ST market segment not too long ago, that it was "dismal"? He seems to have changed his mind yet again, and yet again delivered a bike that's a step in the right direction, and ST bikes are steps in the right direction IMO, but still, a little off the mark.

Bring a 1125R with a new, intergrated top fairing, and a nicely designed and complimentary aerodynamic chin fairing with some nice locking, hard side-cases to the market, and I'll take a serious look. Another XB variant won't interest me. May as well just get a Firebolt/Lighning, and slap some cases on it. Wink

It would look a heck of a lot better than the XT
